El Paso Move GuideWhat we collect
This site has no accounts and no log-ins. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to submit through our forms: your name, email address, phone number (optional on most forms), and details about your move or property — for example a property address for a home value report, your timeline, or a question about a listing. When you submit a form we also attach how you reached the site (the referring site, and a Google Ads click identifier if you arrived from an ad) so we know which advertising works. We do not collect your name or contact details unless you submit a form.
How we use it
- To send you what you asked for — a home value report, relocation guide, floor plan, or listing information.
- To respond to your questions and follow up about your move.
- To text you only if you checked the SMS consent box on a form. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP at any time to opt out. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their marketing. Your information is handled by the service providers that run this site — form processing and hosting by Netlify, and email — and disclosed beyond that only if the law requires it. Separately, the Google tag described below tells Google that a form was submitted so we can measure our ads; it does not receive what you typed.
Cookies & analytics
We run our own privacy-respecting measurement: anonymous counts of page views and
clicks (for example, which listings get opened) are stored with a random identifier
kept in your browser's local storage — never your name, address, or anything typed
into a form, and never shared with anyone. We honor your browser's
"Do Not Track" setting for that measurement. The keys we store in your
browser are epmg_vid, epmg_sid, epmg_day,
epmg_notrack, and two that remember whether you have already seen or
answered our pop-up (epmg_pop_last, epmg_lead_done).
This site also uses the Google tag (Google Ads conversion tracking), which may set cookies to measure how our advertising performs — for example, whether an ad click led to a contact-form submission. Google processes that data under its advertising policies; you can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or install the Google opt-out tools. We never send Google your name, phone number, or anything you type into a form.

Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
